We source authentic fragrances from outside of South Africa. This means:

  • Products are shipped from international suppliers
  • Initial transit time occurs before products reach South Africa
  • Tracking number provided after order processing
  • Tracking becomes active once the package arrives in South Africa

Standard Delivery: 14-28 Business Days

Important: Please consider this timeframe when ordering for special occasions.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM processed next business day
  • No deliveries on weekends or public holidays
  • Someone must be available to sign for delivery
  • Three delivery attempts will be made
  • Valid phone number required for delivery updates
  • Address changes not possible after order ships
  • International shipping may occasionally experience customs delays
