How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy:

- Enter your shipping and payment information
- Review your order and confirm
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Contact us immediately at info@purchpad.co.za with your order number.

- EFT (South African banks only)
Shipping
How long will my delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 7-14 business days. This includes:
- Order processing: 1-2 business days
- Shipping transit: 6-12 business days
How much is shipping?
- Orders under R1000: R75 shipping fee
- Orders over R1000: Free shipping
- Rural areas: Additional R50-R100 fee may apply
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order through your Purchpad account.

Are your products authentic?
Yes, we guarantee 100% authenticity for all our products. We source directly from authorized distributors and provide authenticity guarantees.
What's the difference between EDT, EDP, and Parfum?
- EDT (Eau de Toilette): 5-15% fragrance concentration
- EDP (Eau de Parfum): 15-20% fragrance concentration
- Parfum: 20-30% fragrance concentration
What are Tester perfumes?
Testers are 100% authentic, unused fragrances that come in plain packaging. They contain the same high-quality fragrance but are sold at a discount due to simple packaging.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:
- Unopened products
- Original packaging intact
- Products in resalable condition
How do I return an item?

- Include your order number and return reason
- Wait for return authorization
- Ship item back using provided instructions
Account & Payment
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, an account helps you track orders and save favorites.
Is my payment information secure?
