Delivery Timeframes

- Orders under R1,000: R75 flat-rate shipping fee
- Orders R1,000 and above: Free standard shipping
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DPD tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel in real time on the DPD website.
Please note: Tracking updates will only become visible once your parcel has arrived in South Africa and been processed by DPD. During the international transit period, no tracking activity will be shown — this is completely normal and does not indicate a problem with your order. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Important Information
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Purchpad cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Someone must be available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DPD will follow their standard re-delivery or collection procedure.

A popular men's fragrance since 2010, fiero by xerjoff is a soft yet masculine blend of citrus, floral and natural aromas that create a long-lasting, natural cologne. The first spritz has top notes of bergamot, amalfi lemon, blood orange and lemongrass, which then blends into soft middle notes of neroli, tarragon, thyme and mint. Natural undertones of vetiver, sandalwood, patchouli, coumarin and nutmeg complete the fragrance.
