All orders are fulfilled exclusively through DPD, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery across South Africa.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders typically arrive within 10–14 working days as a guide, counted from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays outside our control (e.g. public holidays, weather events, customs processing for imported stock).
Shipping Costs
- Orders under R1,000: R75 flat-rate shipping fee
- Orders R1,000 and above: Free standard shipping
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DPD tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel in real time on the DPD website.
Please note: Tracking updates will only become visible once your parcel has arrived in South Africa and been processed by DPD. During the international transit period, no tracking activity will be shown — this is completely normal and does not indicate a problem with your order. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Important Information
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Purchpad cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Someone must be available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DPD will follow their standard re-delivery or collection procedure.
- Fragrance products are classified as hazardous goods due to their alcohol content. All shipments comply with applicable transport regulations.
Possible Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, or logistical factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

Ambar Del Sur Eau De Parfum is an eau de parfum for men and women from Carner Barcelona. It sits in the woody and spicy family: dry, warm and grounded. Purchpad sells the 100 ml bottle in South Africa.
About Ambar Del Sur Eau De Parfum
Carner barcelona captures the essence of the open sea in its 2018 fragrance, ambar del sur. Sweet vanilla, exotic tonka bean, myrrh and spanish labdanum emulate the warmth of the coastal air, while scents of spicy patchouli, amber and sandalwood waft in from afar. Bright bergamot and jasmine finish the sensory experience with notes as fresh and lively as waves crashing against the shore.
