At Purchpad, we are committed to delivering your fragrances safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Partner

All orders are fulfilled exclusively through DPD, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery across South Africa.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders typically arrive within 10–14 working days as a guide, counted from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays outside our control (e.g. public holidays, weather events, customs processing for imported stock).

Shipping Costs

• Orders under R1,000: R75 flat-rate shipping fee
• Orders R1,000 and above: Free standard shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DPD tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel in real time on the DPD website.

Please note: Tracking updates will only become visible once your parcel has arrived in South Africa and been processed by DPD. During the international transit period, no tracking activity will be shown — this is completely normal and does not indicate a problem with your order. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Important Information

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Purchpad cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Someone must be available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DPD will follow their standard re-delivery or collection procedure.
• Fragrance products are classified as hazardous goods due to their alcohol content. All shipments comply with applicable transport regulations.

Testers are 100% authentic, unused fragrances made by the brand for in-store sampling. Same fragrance, same quality, just plain packaging, at a much better price.
